Annuals

Annual flowers bring a wonderful splash of color to our yards and decks. Unfortunately they need to be replanted each year, as they do not survive the winter where it’s below 32 degrees! On the positive side, most will continue to provide us with continuous color right up until frost (and a few, like pansies, until a killing frost.) Some flowers can be sown directly into the soil by seed, while with others you will be more successful if you purchase them already growing in packs or small pots. What are some of your favorites? Post some pictures!
