Serves:: serves 6
Ingredients:: 4 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 large slices Swiss Cheese
1 cup milk
2 cups dry Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 stick oleo
1/4 tsp Tarragon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:: Place chicken flat in a 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put a slice of Swiss Cheese over each piece of chicken. Mix soup, milk and tarragon. Spread over chicken and cheese. Melt oleo and mix with stuffing. Spread this mixture over soup. Cover with foil and bake 1 hr at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake and additional 1/2 hour.
Additional:: Can be assembled the night before, refrigerated or frozen and baked for additional 1/2 hr if needed.
