Serves:: Serves 4
Ingredients:: 1 box angel hair pasta
1 pint grape tomatoes
1/2 red onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon/juice of lemon
1 box Feta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh basil to garnish
Directions:: Boil pasta to al dente, set aside. Mix all other ingredients except cheese. Heat over medium heat until onions translucent. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle Feta cheese and Basil over top.
